I decided to treat myself to new nails for Christmas! I have wanted long almond nails for ages (ask anyone on my Pinterest feed!!) so I did it! I got up one morning and squeezed into a last-minute cancellation. It never once even crossed my mind that I would physically struggle to pick up any bead smaller than a marble!!
Oh well!!
Lesson learnt.
Don’t worry though. I am managing and my work isn’t suffering…just my social life since it takes me twice as long! Oh and don’t even get me started on my contact lenses!!
UPDATE: 07/01/14
I couldn’t cope any longer. They had to go. I went to the salon with the intention of having them soaked off but the technician talked me into infills/shortening and a new coat of gel. They are a much better length now and I can pick up small beads again which is a bonus! I love the black sparkly gel with my favourite black Ti Sento and grey Hot Diamonds bracelets! ❤️
